- Rant is 1 minute 30 seconds minimum to 2 minutes max.
- Rant topic is interesting to the target age group (12-14 year olds).
- Rant is interesting to the listener.
- Rant has 3 main points.
- Rant uses relevant examples to prove its 3 points.
- Rant has an effective message. This might include proposing a solution to whatever you are saying is wrong.
